Get your School involved…

Whether you’re at school or your children are, you can still play a role in getting them on board to support incredible young people affected by cancer, disabilities and illness’ across the UK. Schools are a hub of fundraising, and volunteering, possibilities! Whether you want to bake cakes or organise non school uniforms days the foundation can help you – with ideas, fundraising equipment and plenty of tips we’ll help you every step of the way.

If you’re a bit unsure of how your school (Primary, Secondary, Sixth Form or even University) could help, here are some ideas to get you going:

  • Bucket Collections
  • Raise Awareness!
  • Non-School Uniform Days
  • Cake Sales
  • Teacher’s Car Washes
  • Sponge the Teacher
  • Fun Fairs

But its not all about the fundraising, its also helpful to raise awareness. Why not ask for one of our ‘Speaking Kits’, with videos, presentations and ideas to interact and tell the story of the foundation – with different presentations for anyone aged 5-85 years old! If you don’t fancy speaking, or would like a guest to come in, the foundation has motivational speakers that will come to workplaces and education establishments to tell the story of Liam, the charity and encourage you to help!
